Is this really a one-time fee per event?
Yes. One event, one payment. No subscription, no recurring charges. Every tier includes everything for the full retention period — photos, seating, itinerary, all of it.
What happens to my gallery after retention ends?
You can extend retention, or download everything as a ZIP file before the period ends. We'll email you twice in the final month so nothing gets lost. Photos are never auto-deleted without notice.
How is OneQR free with a Pic Booth booking?
Premium-tier OneQR is bundled at no extra cost with every Pic Booth photo booth rental. No upcharge, no upsell. The photo booth handles your photos, OneQR handles the rest of the night. Photo booth rentals start at $800.
Can I upgrade after I've started?
Yes. Upgrades are delta-billed — you only pay the difference between your current tier and the new one. No penalty, no rebill, no setup work to redo.
Do you serve outside Niagara?
Standalone Essential and Premium tiers work anywhere — they're software, no on-site presence needed. The Free-with-Pic-Booth tier covers Niagara Region and the GTA, since that's where our photo booth team operates.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, before your event date. After your event, all sales are final.
