Getting started

Do guests need to download an app to use OneQR?
No. OneQR runs in any mobile browser. Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera, the link opens, and they're in. No app store, no signup, no password to forget.
What if my venue has bad cell service or no WiFi?
Photos selected during the event will queue locally on the guest's phone and upload automatically once their connection comes back. Most guests don't even notice the delay.
Can I buy now and use it for an event later?
Yes. Buy whenever it suits you. Your event date is what activates the upload window, not your purchase date. Many couples buy months ahead to set up seating, itinerary, and shared previews with their bridal party.

Photo gallery

Are photos uploaded in full resolution?
Yes. Full resolution, no compression. What guests upload is exactly what you'll be able to download — same as their phone's camera roll.
How many photos can guests upload?
Essential tier: up to 500 photos total. Premium and Pic Booth tiers: up to 1,000 photos. For most weddings, 1,000 is more than enough — the average wedding generates around 250 to 400 guest uploads.
Can I download all photos at once?
Yes. One click downloads the entire gallery as a ZIP file in full resolution. Available on Premium, Pic Booth, and Venue tiers.
Can I moderate uploads before they go live?
Yes. AI-based content moderation flags anything inappropriate automatically. You can also enable manual approval, where every upload waits for you to approve before appearing in the gallery.

Find My Seat

How does Find My Seat work?
Guests scan your QR code, type their name on the OneQR page, and instantly see their table number. No special setup per guest — just upload your guest list once and you're done. Search is forgiving, so misspellings and nicknames still find the right person.
Can I update the seating chart after I've published it?
Yes — and this is one of OneQR's key advantages. Edit from your phone or laptop right up to and during the event. Changes appear instantly. No reprinting a giant board because someone moved tables at the last minute.
Can I mark someone as not attending without deleting them?
Yes. Toggle a guest to "not attending" and they'll stay in your guest list (so you don't lose their record) but won't appear in seating searches. Useful for late cancellations and for keeping your full invite list intact for thank-you cards later.

Live Itinerary

Can I update the itinerary during the event?
Yes. If first dance gets pushed back twenty minutes, change the time on your phone — every guest sees the update the next time they scan. The itinerary is live, not a printed program. No more "wait, what time is dinner again?"

Pricing & billing

Is OneQR a one-time fee or a subscription?
One-time, per event. No recurring charges. You pay for your event, you keep your gallery for the full retention period (6 months Essential, 12 months Premium / Pic Booth).
How is OneQR free with a Pic Booth booking?
When you book any Pic Booth photo booth rental, the Premium-tier OneQR is included at no extra charge. Custom branding, on-site setup, printed QR cards — the full experience, bundled. It's the highest-value tier in our pricing. See the Pic Booth wedding bundle →
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as your event hasn't happened yet. After your event, all sales are final.

Privacy & security

Is my gallery private?
Yes. Your gallery is private by default — it's not indexed by search engines and only people with your QR code or direct link can access it. For extra protection, you can also enable a PIN code (so even someone who finds the link can't get in without the PIN) and geo-fencing (uploads only accepted from devices physically at your venue). Both layered together is the strongest privacy posture in the category.
Where are my photos stored?
Photos are stored in Cloudflare R2 secure cloud storage, encrypted both in transit and at rest. We don't use your photos for AI training, marketing, or any other purpose. They're yours.

What OneQR does & doesn't do

Can guests upload videos?
Currently, OneQR is photo-only. Keeping the upload flow simple means it works for everyone — including the older relatives who'd rather not navigate a multi-format upload. Video support is on the roadmap for a future release.
Does OneQR handle RSVPs?
No — and that's intentional. OneQR is built for the event day itself, not the planning phase. By the time guests are scanning your QR code, RSVPs are months in the rearview. Most couples already have a wedding website handling that work. What OneQR focuses on is making the day itself easier — guests get their photos in one private gallery, find their table without a printed seating board, and check the schedule without asking the bride.
Can guests leave audio messages or a digital guestbook?
Not in OneQR directly — but if you book Pic Booth's $999 Wedding Bundle, you get a Vintage Audio Guest Book included alongside the photo booth. Guests pick up a real rotary phone and leave voice messages — a far more memorable keepsake than typing into an app. A built-in digital guestbook is on the OneQR roadmap for a future release. Comparing OneQR to alternatives

Why should I use OneQR instead of a free Instagram hashtag?
Instagram hashtags die when guests forget to add them, get hijacked by strangers using the same hashtag, and Instagram compresses photos before posting. OneQR is private (only your guests can see your gallery), keeps photos in full resolution, and includes Find My Seat and Live Itinerary tools that no Instagram hashtag can offer. You also keep the photos forever — they don't disappear when someone deactivates their account.
