One QR · Three guest tools

The wedding photo you'll never get back — interrupted.

Five-forty-seven PM. Golden hour. Then — "Where do I send my photos?" "What table am I at?" "When does the dancing start again?" Three questions. Three minutes. Three shots you'll never get back. OneQR ends this.

Limited Q3 2026 setup slots Booking weekend events through September — first-come, first-served.

Three tools, one code

Built together. Not bolted on.

A wedding QR code platform with a photo gallery, digital seating chart, and live itinerary — behind a single guest scan.

Every other QR platform handles one job. OneQR replaces the photo-sharing app, the seating chart printer, and the wedding website schedule — all behind a single code your guests scan once.

01

Photo gallery

Every guest's phone, one private gallery. Full resolution. No app downloads. Yours forever.

02

Find my seat

Guests type their name, see their table instantly. Update the chart from your phone — no reprints.

03

Live itinerary

One source of truth for the night. Update once, every guest sees the new schedule the next time they scan.

Who it's for

Built for the people who feel the friction.

Couples

You don't want to manage three apps the morning after your wedding. You want every photo, in one place, the moment your guests upload. Done.

Planners

Last-minute table change at 4:47 PM? Update once on your phone. Every guest who scans sees the new chart. No reprints, no awkward huddle at the welcome table.

Venues

Stop fielding the same three questions every weekend. Hand couples a tool that answers photos, seating, and schedule before anyone asks the front desk.

The integration is already running.

Common questions

Answers, before you ask.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the OneQR hub opens in their browser. No app store, no signup, no friction. Works on every modern iPhone and Android.

What if the venue's WiFi is unreliable?

OneQR runs on guest cellular by default — most modern venues have full LTE/5G coverage. For venues with weak signal, we recommend confirming coverage at the head table location during your walkthrough. The platform itself is hosted on a global edge network, so the site stays fast even when the venue's WiFi doesn't.

Can I update the seating chart on the wedding day?

Yes. Log into your OneQR dashboard from your phone, edit any guest's table assignment, and the change is live within seconds. Every guest who scans after the change sees the updated chart. No reprints, no announcements, no awkward seating-card swap.

What happens to the photos after the wedding?

Premium retention is 12 months. Couples download everything as a single zip during that window — full resolution, no compression. Essential tier retention is 6 months. Photos are stored in private encrypted storage, accessible only via the event's QR code or the couple's dashboard.

Can guests upload from any phone?

Yes — iPhone, Android, any browser. Guests can upload up to 10 photos at a time, full resolution preserved. The gallery updates in real time, so by the end of the night the couple has every angle of their first dance from every guest's perspective.

How fast can we set up an event?

Standard setup is 24–48 hours from confirmation. We're currently booking Q3 2026 weddings on a first-come basis — limited setup slots per weekend to ensure every event gets full attention.
