We kept seeing the same struggles at weddings, year after year.
A bride pulled away from her photographer at golden hour because three guests couldn't find their seats. A groom texting his best man during dinner asking when speeches start. Couples asking us, weeks later, where the photos from Chris's table went — the ones his cousin promised to send and never did.
The booth solved part of it. Guests had a station they came back to all night, photos got delivered the same evening. But that's a fraction of what happens at a wedding. The seating, the schedule, the photos that didn't come from our booth — that was still a mess. So we built OneQR.

OneQR Events is built and operated by Pic Booth, a photo booth rental company based in St. Catharines, Ontario. We've been running events across Niagara and the GTA since 2020 — the JUNO Awards After Party in support of MusiCounts, weddings at Two Sisters, corporate galas, family festivals.
When we built OneQR, we built it for our own clients first. Now it ships free with every Pic Booth booking. As of Q3 2026, we're licensing the platform back out — neutral brand, your own customers, your own pricing — to other venues, planners, and event operators who want the same integrated experience without building it from scratch.
